Online Photo Club

It is very important to understand what you can and cannot do on my webpage regarding communication and photo submissions for the gallery. Please follow these rules. If you happen to break a rule, whether accidentally or intentionally, you will receive three warnings before getting a ban from both photo submissions and the chatroom. If you are banned, you will receive an email explaining the reason for your ban when you get caught or reported by a user. Therefore, please make sure to read the rules and be respectful to one another.

If someone is breaking the rules, please report it to me by email with an image of proof of the user breaking the rules. If you do not have proof then I can't ban the user due to people that may get falsely banned. I may not respond for a while if you send a report to me as I might be asleep or doing something important. Appealing bans is not possible yet since I have to set it up properly to get it to work. Meaning once you are banned, you can't get unbanned. It also means to not email me to unban you from the chatroom and photo submissions.

Submission Rules

1. Do not email me any inappropriate submissions as I don't want to see anything: Gore related, nasty images, or anything that is inappropriate and gross.


2. Submissions must follow the current monthly theme and if I get any spam submissions, you will be blocked by email. If the submission does not follow the current them, you will be notified without a warning.


3. There are no prizes if your photo gets placed in the winning category as it will cause you to get a warning before a ban if you keep contacting me for a prize.


4. You can share photos on other platforms to get more votes if the user uses the vote webpage as I can't track any votes if they are comments or likes under a photo like Facebook.


5. Photoshopping a photo to make it look better than how it originally looked is fine as long as it's not ai made as this includes generative fill.

Communication Rules

1. Don't be rude or spam in the chatroom as it will cause you to get banned from using the chatroom.


2. Don't post anything inappropriate in the chatroom as no one wants to see anything of what I stated.


3. You can send links as long as it's not some kind of virus link.


4. Don't start fights in the chatroom, if you have nothing nice to say then don't say it.


5. Don't try to false report users as it may get you banned from the chatroom if you do it enough.
